From the Kah Nee Ta Resort Area:

*Some road names change on the reservation, so ask at the Resort for assistance.  Leave the resort and travel North (towards Simhasho) roughly 20 miles until you run into HWY 216. Turn Right onto HWY 216 at Walters' Corner (Once on HWY 216 proceed roughly 7.2 miles to HWY 197. Turn right onto HWY 197 and travel the 2.5 miles to Maupin. Once you enter the small main strip of Maupin, proceed 2.5 blocks and turn Right onto the driveway of River Drifters (between the Rainbow Tavern and Maupin Hardware) at 405 Deschutes (also HWY 197). Look for a River Drifters sign indicating the office. Plan roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour traveling time!
