River Guide Opportunities:

For Experienced and First-Year Guides!

River Drifters is in the process of hiring both experienced and first year guides for our 2006 season.  If you have experience guiding with another outfitter, then please fax or mail us a copy of your resume. 

At River Drifters, we focus on providing the highest level of safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction.  We have a wonderful staff that is one of the best around.  If you have interest for working a fast growing & professional company, then we would like to hear from you!

2006 Guide Training

Our training will be taking place during a few weekends in May and possibly early June. The cost of training is $15 per day and helps cover the cost of the boater pass fees and some of the instructors. Each applicant is required to provide his or her own life jacket, sleeping bag, sleeping pad and tent - both for training and if hired by River Drifters. We will provide any other equipment needed during training.

Participating in our guide training course should not be construed as an offer or guarantee of employment. We typically only hire some of the participants and may offer full-time or part-time employment. However, anyone completing this training course will be able to apply to the with any of the other numerous companies in the area.
