Whitewater & Wine 2007 Menu & Prices Whitewater & Wine Option: River Drifters offers half-day trips on the White Salmon River. The bonus that we offer to our valued clients, is that after a phenomenal raft trip consisting 8 miles of outstanding whitewater (five miles of continuous class III+ and IV water), then you travel up to Wind River Cellars. This winery overlooks the White Salmon River canyon, the Columbia Gorge and Mt. Hood and you are then served a European style lunch or dinner. You may also taste a variety of the award winning wines! This Winery is a perfect way to relax and unwind after the rafting portion of the trip has concluded. Many companies, large groups, friend and families come back year after year just to enjoy the challenging whitewater of the White Salmon River, the relaxing environment of Wind River Cellars, great food and overall: the unique & professional experience! We offer two different trips daily starting at 9:30am and 2:30pm (daily from June-September) and by request otherwise.
