From Portland/Vancouver Area
Old Hatchery Road: From the Portland area head East on I-84 towards Cascade Locks. Cascade Locks is roughly 26 miles past Troutdale on I-84. Take the Cascade Locks Exit and travel over the Bridge of the Gods into Washington (don't forget toll $) and immediately after the bridge take a Right onto HWY 14 (heading East). Travel East for roughly 7 miles and just past the sings to Carson you will travel over the mouth of the Wind River. Take your next left onto Old Hatchery Road and proceed to the boat ramp. A River Drifters van with rafts, easily identifiable will great you there. Please allow at least 1.2 hours traveling time from Portland depending on where you live!
